Reliable storage! They will check the storage and everything works fine frequently. And they have a gate with passcode to guarantee security. I moved out Thursday night. I am so surprised that they notice that in the morning of Friday! Highly recommend Klondike Storage to everyone!

Was able to reserve a unit for my daughters apartment while in between locations for the summer. Communications through email, phone, etc. were easy and seamless. Units were clean, secure and nice. Rates were very fair and access to the unit off hours was convenient. Once we moved her things out of the unit several months later, I forgot to email the office to cancel the unit but only 2 days later they noticed that we had emptied it and proactively emailed me cancelation information and a return of my security deposit, etc. Couldn't recommend them more and will use them again whenever needed. Thank you

Overall no complaints at all. I had issues getting my gate code to work at first, but somebody always picked up the phone and give me an alternate code despite when I called. I cleared out my storage after several months; I had forgotten to cancel my storage, they saw that my storage was empty and sent me a check for my deposit without me even asking or realizing that I forgot to cancel. Overall pretty good as long as you don't mind they are on the outskirts of town.
